LOCAL STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP
built with Click2Build technology

Brent Community Network

The aim of the Brent Community Network (the Network) is to provide a forum, open to all community groups and voluntary organizations in Brent, to enable participation in the LSP and other local partnerships.

  • To provide a collective voice
  • A place for sharing skills, expertise and knowledge
  • A mechanism for campaigning and prioritizing issues
  • A vehicle for community views to feed into the LSP
  • A vehicle for information to be disseminated from the LSP
  • To encourage individuals to join community groups and voluntary orgnisations.

Yerïma Adamöu – Partnership Development Manager

“The Network is going to play an integral part in the way and manner decisions made by the local authority affect the well-being of and operation of every local community and voluntary groups in Brent.  This can only be possible when and if all play their parts significantly in influencing the decision making mechanism of the council by addressing key priority issues without the need to antagonise one another…they need to present a collective voice”

Get involved, get heard and help to initiate meaningful and democratic changes in order to make “Brent a vibrant place to live and work”
